The cottage is ideally situated a short 5 minute walk into Matlock town centre through Hall Leys Park.The cottage is believed to date back to the 1750s with character beams and is situated in the conservation area of old Matlock.There are several excellent walks starting from the cottage and yet there is easy access to all the facilities of Matlock town centre including shops, wine bars, pubs and restaurants. An opportunity to combine a walking holiday with access to the many attractions of the Peak District .
