The cottage is ideally situated a short 5 minute walk into Matlock town centre through Hall Leys Park.
The cottage is believed to date back to the 1750s with character beams and is situated in the conservation area of old Matlock.Off-road parking for one car comfortably or two small cars adjacent to cottage.
There are several excellent walks starting from the cottage and yet there is easy access to all the facilities of Matlock town centre including shops, wine bars, pubs and restaurants.
The cottage has central heating with the benefit of a woodburner in the living room. Bedlinen, electricity/gas/heating , towels, first basket of logs are also included in the price.
